Terms & Conditions

  1. As per our company rule our “Minimum Order Amount” (M.O.A.) is $/€ 1000.00
  2. As soon as we receive the order P/I or S/C will be forwarded to the client & client have to confirm with their company’s stamp & signature via mail.
  3. Once the order is confirmed it can’t be cancelled.
  4. Order delivery date will be provided only after the confirmation of order.
  5. Delivery date will be count after the confirmation of order.
  6. If order needs to be changed then must be informed within 4-5 days of the order.
  7. Payment terms is 100% advance payment as per Proforma Invoice & for the continuous order 70% advance before production & 30% before shipment.
  8. All the shipments are F.O.B. Ex-factory hence in case, client use their own cargo/forwarder they have to pickup the goods from our company & in case of using our cargo/forwarder everything will be managed from our side.
  9. Up to 5% discount will be provided in every order of $/€ 30000.00
  10. Payment must be done via swift mode to following bank detail:
